FAV is an independent AI product rotation studio that turns product photos into 360-degree spins, MP4 videos, frame sequences, and embeddable product views. FAV operates autonomously without any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by ByteDance, Google, or any of their subsidiaries or related entities. Any trademarks or product names referenced are the property of their respective owners.
2. Service Usage and Restrictions
When you purchase credits or subscribe on FAV, you gain access to our AI product rotation and product-content generation services. Content generated through our platform is owned by you, subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not use our services to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the underlying AI models or technology.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase subject to the conditions specified in our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable Use Policy and Content Moderation
FAV strictly prohibits the use of our platform to generate any of the following types of content:
- NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind;
- Sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to depictions of undressing, suggestive poses, or provocative material;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornography;
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way;
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate speech;
- Content intended to harass, defame, or intimidate any individual;
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
- Content that impersonates real individuals without their consent;
- Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
Our platform employs content moderation filters to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. Any attempt to circumvent these filters is a violation of these Terms. FAV reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, without refund.
