Build a simple capture station
Use a stable surface, diffuse light, a neutral background, and a fixed camera height. Mark the product position so every item is photographed from the same distance. Consistency makes the resulting rotation more stable.
Capture a useful angle set
Take front, left three-quarter, left side, back, right side, and right three-quarter views. For a structured workflow, capture explicit Front, Left, Back, and Right views instead. Do not mix close-ups with full-product views in the same input set.
Create once, reuse many times
The same source set can support a storefront video, a frame sequence, an interactive spin, and campaign stills. This is where the workflow saves cost: one controlled capture session becomes multiple product assets.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a turntable?
No. A turntable can help, but a carefully captured multi-angle set is enough to start the AI workflow.
What makes a photo set inconsistent?
Changing distance, lighting, background, crop, product orientation, or product sample can make the set harder to interpret.
